Join the ILP community

- Professionals in a senior position preparing to take on greater leadership responsibilities with a global scope
What is the fastest way for a manager to effectively develop the key competencies needed to drive performance in a fast changing global environment? …Get Real.
The International Leadership Programme was built on a strong conviction that managers cannot simply learn international leadership competencies in a classroom but must develop them through real world experience.
ILP is unique in that it requires that participants come to the programme with a real international project of their own, sponsored by their company. At the end of the programme the participants success is measured not by test scores but by successful execution of his or her project.
The programme focus thus becomes the individual and his or her project rather than theory and abstract concepts. This makes the programme concrete, pragmatic and highly applied. By requiring participants to “Get Real” about deploying an international project, ILP is one of the most efficient and effective training programmes in the world for developing truly global managers.
