Teams and Resources

No one-man show with EML Team

MULTIPLE TEAMS

With 115 tenured professors, the EML faculty is one of primary resources for designing and conducting a training programme, providing participants with the benefit of the most advanced knowledge available on the topics covered. EML also maintains a network of experts from the various management disciplines, including consultants, leaders and others.

The faculty’s expertise and experience help provide knowledge that is both profound and directly applicable. With its strong commitment to performance, EML’s experts are on hand to evaluate and measure progress, before, during and after. Our assessment specialists can complement the team before and during the course of a programme. Any need for support and monitoring of individual participants will be provided by coaches.

THE CO-CONSTRUCTION OF TRAINING

We are convinced that the success of a programme requires a close relationship with business. This involves a good prior understanding of its strategic context. We also highly involve the company in the finalisation of the programme design.

Co-construction promotes a greater understanding by the participants, stronger adhesion, better mobilisation and a higher motivation for rapid implementation.

EML BUILDS TOGETHER

EML develops, maintains and permanently employs a community of different types of players who contribute to a project. This allows the sharing of visions and concepts, and the expertise of each participant is clearly identified. For any given programme, it is thus easy to assemble the “good-to-know.”

EML takes each step to ensure that everything is possible for you: inventing new solutions, creating new tools, using new drivers and naturally integrating your own tools into a training programme.

EML can even intervene in your business without issuing a single instruction: advising you upstream, accompanying you in your strategic choices, helping you identify internal stakeholders, by simply controlling the process and providing you with tools to measure the effects.

The project manager is the sole contact
 for a given programme.
He or she clearly understands the strategic background of the company and can therefore best determine how to assemble the needed expertise and coordinate its implementation.

He or she is extremely involved and highly motivated, since the project manager is responsible for the impacts and results of the programme.
