2) As a former executive manager for large engineering and technology companies, he gained a full understanding of what is required to successfully create conditions to innovate, develop and sell products and services in a fast changing and tough competition world.

3) As an executive leadership trainer, for the past seven years, he has been a consulting member of the EM LYON Executive Development Team responsible for creating an Executive Leadership Program addressing top management and high potential managers.
