3. Strategic vision and prospective

  • How do you analyze trends, uncertainties, paradigms and "wildcards" for multiple components of the relevant business environment ?
  • How do you characterize the degree of impact and uncertainty for each component ?
  • How do you define prospective scenarios ?

 

4. Building Comparative and Intercultural Management skills

  • What is intercultural management ?
  • How do you build and lead intercultural teams ?
  • How do you go from differences to commonalities ?

 

5. Creating a cross boundary organization
